Kazky AI — Personalized Children's Fairy Tales Platform

Kazky AI is an online platform for personalized children's fairy tales in Ukrainian, where each child becomes the main character of the story. Parents choose the child's name, age, and gender — and the system creates a unique fairy tale with professional AI voice-over. The project is aimed at Ukrainian families with children aged 3 to 12.

Market Problems

Parents looking for quality children's content in Ukrainian face a number of problems:

- a severe shortage of Ukrainian-language children's audio fairy tales compared to English-language content;

- existing fairy tales are the same for everyone, the child does not feel part of the story;

- lack of services that take into account the age, gender, and interests of a specific child;

- parents lack time to invent new bedtime stories every evening;

- most platforms do not support the Ukrainian language at an adequate level.

Solution Approach

We created a platform that combines artificial intelligence, personalization, and high-quality Ukrainian voice-over in one product. The main idea is that each fairy tale should be unique for your child.

From a product perspective:

- the child becomes the main character — their name is naturally woven into the plot;

- fairy tales adapt to the age group (3-5, 6-8, 9-12 years) and gender of the child;

- a library of ready-made template fairy tales is available immediately after registration;

- AI generation creates an unlimited number of new unique plots;

- professional AI voice-over transforms text into a full-fledged audiobook;

- a freemium model allows trying the service for free before purchase.

From a UX/UI perspective:

- a clean, modern interface, understandable even for non-technical users;

- interactive demo on the homepage — parents see the magic of personalization even before registration;

- full adaptation for mobile devices — convenient to use from a phone before bedtime;

- Ukrainian localization at all levels — from the interface to error messages.

Technical Implementation

The architecture is built with scalability and stable operation in mind. The backend provides:

- integration with multiple AI providers for text generation with automatic switching between them;

- connection of several TTS services for voice-over with a fallback mechanism — if one service is unavailable, the system automatically uses another;

- a flexible subscription system with weekly limits on listening and generation;

- secure payment processing via PayPal and MonoBank;

- admin panel for content management, moderation of user-generated fairy tales, and monitoring;

- SEO optimization with dynamic sitemap, blog, and meta tags for better indexing;

- cloud storage of media content for fast image loading.

The system is designed so that adding new AI models, payment providers, or TTS services requires minimal code changes — the architecture is ready for expansion.

Result

As a result, a full-fledged commercial product was created, which:

- solves a real problem — the lack of quality personalized children's content in Ukrainian;

- operates stably in a production environment with real users;

- has well-thought-out monetization through a subscription system;

- is ready for scaling — from dozens to thousands of users without architectural changes;

- demonstrates a full development cycle — from idea and design to deployment and support.
